Commission rates
 
Commission rate will be up to 40% of net sales for qualifying purchases. 
 
A detailed break-up based on all available products & services will be supplied to a qualified referral partner. View some of our rates

Commission will be based on the aggregate amount actually paid to us for qualifying purchases, excluding amounts collected by us or by our partner merchants for sales tax, duties, shipping and handling. 

Commission Determination 

A referral placed by a member, he or she is entitled to earn commissions as set forth below.
 
Sales of products & services in our network will qualify for a commission when all of the following conditions are met: 

1) Products are sold by us or by our partner merchant, 
II) Products are purchased by a person referred by you 
III) Products are shipped by us, or by our partner merchants,
IV) We have received the payment from the customers or from the merchant partners.

Commission Payments 
 
When the total commissions due to you exceed US $100 (INR.4,900/-) we will send a commission check for the applicable amount, less any taxes required, and a statement of activity to you.
  
Commission checks and statements of activity will be sent approximately 30 days after the end of every fiscal quarter. If the balance of your account is less than US$100, we will roll over the balance to the next quarter.
 
The commissions paid under this Agreement are for use by you only and may not be transferred or in any manner passed on to any third party unless expressly authorized in writing by us.
