Hidden among the tropical greenery, and widely spaced for optimum privacy, are 12 Heritage Villas, and 15 Lake view villas. Each villa is designed like an elegant Kerala home, with beautiful wooden floors, opulent furnishings and large balconies overlooking the Lake Paravoor and gardens.

Modern state of-the-art amenities have been discreetly infused into the tradition of Kerala style ambience. From the magnificently appointed bathrooms to satellite television, everything has been provided for the enjoyment of pampered luxury.

All the above mentioned rates are on full board basis (AP plan )and inclusive of all taxes per night.

There would be a supplementary charge of Rs.2000.00 (USD 80) per room per night from 21st December 2007 to 10th January 2008.

8. Complimentary in house mini bar (3 mineral water & 3 soft drinks per day)

9. Cooking demonstration for one hour in the evening every day.

10. Cultural shows for one hour in the evening every day.

11. Dinner by the lawns with barbeque (Applicable during Buffet & weather permitted ).
